Can't install Battlefield Hardline in English, only Polish and Russian.

Hello I am in the United States and purchased my game as a Pre-Order from Best Buy when it was released, am just now trying to install the game, and I only have two languages that it will allow me to install (one is Polish and the other is Russian), where is the English version? I have tried to install this game fro the DVDs first, and after full installation, there were no additional languages that allowed me to change to, so I uninstalled the game and when trying to fully download the game, there still only appear to be the Polish and Russian languages available to me.

    This usually only happens if you purchase out of region game keys. North American and EU versions of the game have the language packs for English but not Russian and Polish - that is a completely separate region which does not include any language packs for English.

    If you somehow received an Eastern European version of the game from Best Buy. you must take the game back to Best Buy and ask for an exchange or a return - they will require your receipt for this transaction.
