Can't join ANY game types from quick match menu Xbox One

I played BF4 on Xbox One launch weekend with no issues aside from the periodic crash to dashboard, but those were few and far between. For the last two weeks I have not been able to play this game for which I have paid $60, not including my Premium membership. I can play Cod Ghosts, NBA 2K14, and DR3 online with zero issues. Every time I try to join a match in BF4, it brings up the black box that says "Matchmaking...", the box disappears, the load screen never pops up, and about 30 seconds later it tells me "Failed to join game. Please check your network connection and try again."

There's nothing **bleep**ing wrong with my god damn network connection. This is the only game I have problems with. Netflix, streaming Pandora and Skype all work fine. All of these require a network connection, and not once have I ever gotten a network connection error from any other game or app. I don't know what to do except waste more time waiting for EA to get their **bleep** together.

Seriously disappointed.
