cant launch bf3 from browser

Which browser are you using to launch the game?  Also, are you using the "Plug-in Free Launching" system or the Plug-in launching system?

Appreciate you acknowledging the necro response. Since it's an older post there have been some updates to the game and browsers since then, so I marked your response as a solution for those having trouble launching the game at this point in Fall of 2019. We'll make sure the team is aware of players having trouble with other browsers, thank you for helping out the community. 👍

Hi, I was hoping that the IE11 plugin would be my answer, game still will not launch, spent over an hour with chat help with EA, no help as already tried all suggestions given, still waiting for a promised email that will fix my problem, looks like the guy just fobbed me off maybe.

Got a new PC high spec and this darn game just will not launch.

Out of ideas.
