Having the same problem!! I go through all the log in screens, and just gets stuck at the "welcome back" screen. Same thing happens even when I tried to create a new account. I logged into Origin through my laptop, so I know the email and password is correct. Just won't work on the PS4....
Fixed it download origin client on pc go to find friends and connect your xbox live or psn then restart your console you should be linked by then i was also getting really frustrated i bought the game yesterday and spent all day downloaading the update
