Can't play battlefield 1 xbox one (black screen on start up)

Summarize your bug I just bought the military green xbox one edition with the battlefield dlc code. I downloaded the game and it fully installed but when I go to start it. It shows me the guy in the beginning then goes to a black screen then crashes back to home. I tried restarting , unplugging cord. I resintalled the game 3 times and still the same. Help!!? Does anyone have this problem? I can't play at all....

- Reset your Xbox to factory settings while keeping your game data and it should start working. You'll have to set some stuff up again on the Xbox but it worked for me and others.
