Can't play Dragon's Teeth?

In origin I was able to got to BF4, veiew game details, and under expansions force the download to start, for some reason origin didn't auto download it

I (stupidly) bought BF4 Digital Deluxe (PC), and apart from China Rising which I got with it, I have bought all the expansion packs as they have become available.

I have had no problems downloading and installing any of them...until now.

I eventually managed to buy Dragon's Teeth today, and have downloaded and installed it, but I can't play it.

I have tried the usual restart of Origin and BF4, and eventually, a PC restart, but I still can't play it.

Also, for some reason, it doesn't say the usual 'You own this' underneath the expansion on Origin.

I have checked my receipt from Origin, and all seems to be in order.

This is getting very frustrating......

Any help would be appreciated.

THANKS FOR THE FAST ANSWER EA, WHAT THE FùCK IS ACTUALLY GOING ON HERE, OK I DON'T CARE THE GAME IS BROKEN, BUT IF I PAY 100€ AND YOU WON'T LET ME PLAY WHAT I BOUGHT THAT GET'S ME FùCKING PISSED!
