Can't play multiplayer says account invalid please visit ea

Every time I try to get on to multiplayer on my PS4 I can't it comes up with a warning that says this account is invalid. Please visit help.EA.com for more information.

And I can't link my origin account to my PS4!!

So frustrated!!

    Is it possible you already have an Origin account tied to your PSN ID?  Or a different PSN ID already tied to your Origin?

    A game advisor is needed to remove this.

    If not,  perhaps try changing your password for Origin and trying again with the new password.

    Is your Origin account's date of birth 18 or older?  I don't know if this would affect it.. but maybe?

    Another user's solution to this problem was he created a new Origin account.

    Then it says you must be signed into origin to access online features.

    I am signed in!!

    I am on ps4 and I have this exact problem. Please help.

    I'm having the same problem it's ridiculous, they expect you to sign in to ea(which I already have because my psn and EA account have been linked for over a year) without the option to sign in.
