Go to the BF3 installation folder (should be Program Files\EAGames\Battlefield 3),look for the "Update" folder. Every file here called "Xpack" is a DLC pack. Just delete one of them, you can re-install them using the EA app by right-clicking on BF3 and then find the game add-ons. You can also repair the game to verify the files.
I already did that twice, still no progress.
Like you said, I unninstalled the DLCs from the games directory, but I am still receiving the same error.
