Can't redeem Battlefield 4 Premium code

So I just recently bought Battlefield 4 Premium off of GreenManGaming.com and I've got the 16 digit code (4 boxes/4 digits each) yet whenever I go and attempt to redeem it off of Origin I get "An error has occured while trying to proccess your request, please try again later".

I've look for help and couldn't find any, I might try the Help desk again for the third time and see if they can help me out.

Any help from someone on here would be nice too.

    I'm also having this problem, but I ordered from gamestop. Mine is a 30 digit code though, which seems strange.

    My GameStop code won't work either! The regular Battlefield 4 activated just fine, but my Premium won't activate.

    Just talked to a Game Advisor - it looks like GameStop sent us Xbox codes! I'm going to give them a call.

    Stayed on hold for 38 minutes before I gave up with gamestop.

    Going on 60 minutes hold time here. If it reaches the hour I'm going to do a chargeback on my credit card and order it from GreenMan. It's ridiculous.

    What will gamestop do if you issue a chargeback?

    Not sure - but I did email them first and let them know the situation. I ended up buying Premium through Amazon instead and activated no problem.

    I'll wait to see what GameStop has to say before I do the chargeback. I asked them to just cancel the order because I couldn't reach them tonight and because they sent me a code for the wrong platform.

    I have a similar problem, I preordered through walmart, and can't figure out how to redeem my code as well! its a 16 character code, 4 boxes with 4 digits in each, and a pin: with 4 digits.. can anyone help?
