Can't Scrap Duplicate Skin

Same problem on PS4. I could scrap it by finding the individual weapon but not by the 'scrap duplicates' function.

    Hey @voiceinsideyou @SterlingARCH3R, we tried to reproduce the issue and so far we cant. Are you still having issues with scraping skins in-game?

      I don't have any dupes at the moment so can't really try right now, but will try again when I next get a dupe.
