Can't see a friend in the BF1 main menu friend list

Question

I have added a friend through Origin, and we want to play together. The problem is, I can't see him in the main menu friend list, though, neither online nor offline, but we can join each other's parties through Origin. The problem is, 9 times out of 10 even if we're trying to access a match together, it won't work. Sometimes we get the notification that allows us to join the game, but even then nothing happens. This problem presents itself only with this particular friend of mine. Can anybody help?

Hey&nbsp;@ConcreteShelter,Sorry to hear you are experiencing this Issue.If you are friends on Origin, have you tried Joining his game through Origin, or try to invite him to your Party through Origin?Also, make sure that both of you are appearing Online in the Origin Launcher.Give this a shot, and see if it helps.Keep us posted, and let us know if you still need assistance.Thanks 🙂&nbsp;

Hello and thanks for asking.We have realized that the problem is just his, he tried adding a friend of mind and he can't see him either.We are both online in the launcher, and we can only join each other through the client, although the game is successfully joined 1 time out of 10. Rest of the times, it does nothing. He also tried repairing the game, but nothing changed.

@ConcreteShelterThat's odd that he doesn't show up in Game.Have both of you tried repairing the Game Files in Origin, and re-launching Battlefield 1?I haven't experienced this issue before with not being able to see friends Online in Game.&nbsp;Sometimes it's kinda tricky, but you may have to just Invite each other through the Origin Launcher.

@iluminatetheskyThat's what we have to do in order to play. The problem seems to happen only to him though. And yes, we both repaired the game.
