can't seem to fix stuttering in game no matter what I try

Question

So i've been googling and searching around forums for the fix for my bf4 stuttering on PC.

Like many others, it started with the latest patch.

Things I've tried:

1) unparking cores
2) Playing around with sound configurations

3) reinstalling the game

4) playing around with the graphics

5) updating directX

6)updating my AMD drivers

My computer set up is as follows:

i5-2400 3.10 ghz

AMD Radeon 6900 series

8 GB Ram

Having the same problem I know my PC can more than handle the game, I even have all setting on Low/off and it makes no difference ☹️

Win 7 64bit

AMD Phenom X6 T1100 3.30GHz

8GB DDR3

ATI Radeon HD 6900 series 2GB (driver updated as of 20th November 2013)

Edit, Just noticed we have the same GFX card, could be a problem with them? 😕

I doubt so, it wasnt that bad before the last patch.

The stuttering was there but it didnt make the game unplayable.

And I've seen other posts where other people who use NVIDIA graphics cards suffer from this problem as well.
