Try restarting your game, if the issue persists you can try reinstalling your game. Never seen a similar issue so it's hard to pinpoint on what to do.
You can always talk with EA support, but I'm not sure if they could help you with this.
Thanks I tried restarting multiple times and then I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I still have the same issue but when I reinstalled the premium gives you a large batch of battle packs and I was able to get a bunch and scrap a large amount.
