As Battlefield is development focus is almost 99% on multiplayer, the Devs dont put too much work into fixing minor visual bugs in the campaign, especially in a cutscene that does not affect gameplay. Plus it would look funny no need to fix it lol. I have not played the campaign in a while so I dont remember if mine did that or not.
As far as anything getting done about this, nothing will. For one, they are done updating anything on BF4 (maybe a super small patch on MP, but I think they are completely done updating that too), and two, they have not patched anything on the campaign in years, as their focus is on multiplayer.
