CD KEY problem
Hello, does any one have a solution for the common problem: "The register CD Key is already in use"?
I've been told to contact the EA phone number, however I'd like to check the other options.

did you buy the game new or are you reinstalling?
Are you trying to add the game to Origin or activating the key ingame?
1. If you bought the game on Origin, the code is linked to your account. After installing the game, login with your Origin account ingame. You will not be asked for a key. This is the same when you are reinstalling.
2. If you used the game before but on another pre Origin (old EA) account, you cannot add it to Origin. You will have to use the old account to play the game. If you want to have the game on your current Origin account, I suggest you contact a game advisor to merge you accounts.
