Change chat language while in-game
Is it possible to change chat language while in-game? Default Windows shortcut combination doesn't work.

The in game chat is in whatever language the person on the other end types it in which is why most servers have rules for acceptable langauges in chat. Now if you are talking about the in game text and voiceovers you are limited by whichever region you purchased your game in.
I meant, I have LAlt+LShift shortcut for changing keyboard language. If I open the game while having, for example, English keyboard language, I can't change keyboard language while in-game. Shortcut just doesn't work in-game.
So, if I want to chat using Chinese language, I have to close the game, change keyboard language to Chinese, than open the game. And after that I'll have ONLY Chinese keyboard language aviable. For switching to English I have to close the game, and repeat previous steps.
