I made a mistake when I signed up with Origin and did not know that I was picking my name for the BF4 game with them when I picked it. I have not played yet and wish to change my name. So how can I do that?

Click 'My Account', Order history, About Me, Edit, answer security question, make any desired changes, Save.

I still have a problem with it , when i click on Account security to change my name on orion i have to do a Security question what i dont know and forgot , i cant change that and my name now, what do i do?
