Change of date of birth

Hi, I need help. How can I change my date of birth in the origin???I want to buy Battlefild 3 but because of the age limit, I can not buy.I do not know much English so I use Google translate so Sorry...

    You will need to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. You are not able to change your date of birth because of security reasons.
