China Rising DLC assignment guns didn't carry over when upgrade from ps3 to ps4

On ps3 I unlocked the mtar21 and the l85a2 but when I upgraded to ps4 the assignments says completed but when I go to equip the gun it tells me that I need to complete the assignment. I have premium ...

Its been over a week and I still don't have my guns and it wont let me redo the challenges. Does anyone have a idea as to what could be causing this?
