I hear you on that I pre ordered the game also and it never arived in the mail. To make a long story short I had to hassle with ea on the phone for 2 weeks, they didnt even offer to send a new copy. finally I got them to vet me a refund I I went to game stop and bought it I also purchased Premium the same day and now it wont down load wtf?? Iv been a loyal custemer and feel there should of been some sort of Comp... but of course not!! I guess it looks like ea mige be up for the golden turd award for the 3rd year in a ro. And dont forget they were the first company to win the turd 2yrs in a ro. So come on ea get your **bleep** together and start showing your loyal customers you care for god sakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For ps3 useres you have to go to the playstation store hit search type in battle field 4 then go to add ons and you will see it there. Can not go through the in game store like bf3 hope this helps.
