Same thing here. When trying to buy new weapons or change load out in "customize soldier" the classes are reset but if you click on "weapons & gadgets" it will show true progress.
Anyways I think I might have so more insight to wait might be causing this. It appears that the hellfighter dlc pack and possibly others is messing with the class ranks in customize soldier. I've noticed that when the game glitches and doesn't recognize I have the hellfighter content the class ranks are accurate in customize soldier. When the game recognises that I have the hellfighter content then class ranks show zero progress in customize soldier.
The screenshots provided show the very same class load out but one shows the hellfighter bolo knife and no class progress and the other is where it glitches and says I don't have hellfighter bolo knife but then the class progress works.
This is really annoying as I can't purchase the improved weapons that unlock with class rank.

I have the same issue. Does EA respond to these or even see them? It looks like it's been more than a week since this thread was created. Is this the only way to report a bug and have it fixed?
- ApprovedIn the meantime until they fix this if your having issues purchasing upgrades when the rank glitches you can always log into the companion app and purchase them that way.

same here i told ea and they havent even responded to me
- ApprovedSame here I lost all progress in classes only and now nothing I do will progress my classes no reply from EA, feels like they just want us moaning at each other while they bury their heads!
