Class progress reset, Battlefield 1

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug My class ranks have been reset. I was once Medic level 3, and Assault level 1 and now I am zero on both. My primary rank remains at 20, as a sergeant.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea?
What happens when the bug occurs? Resets my progress on classes.
Please select your region North America
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number Sony Playstation 4
Enter RAM memory size in GB Sony Playstation 4

    Same here I lost all progress in classes only and now nothing I do will progress my classes no reply from EA, feels like they just want us moaning at each other while they bury their heads!

    @HAWKILLER91 Hi, this isn't being ignored, sorry if we gave that impression. As mentioned above, usually your progress will return after a match or 2. Be sure to play on an official server, then check again after your first match, ideally the progress should be back to the correct level.

    I am having the same issue @EA_David. I have played many many more games, on multi-player, with no resolve. I would assume this is an EA official server, since it's conquest on quick match mode? Please help!

    Wow EA is taking the lazy responce. So instead of you fixing this issue I now have to provide my own fix which is delete my Hellfighter DLC. Awesome!

    @Jaketheripper32 Thanks for the info. Yes if you've tried a bunch of maps on quick access that would be fine. I just wanted to make sure that playing on an RSP server wasn't a factor. 

    At this stage I have no way of forcing this to go through. I'll of course continue to report about posts on this, generally this issue doesn't permanently affect people. 

    @ron1n87 Are you saying that deleting the Hellfighter content helped? I don't see a reason why it would. What system are you on?

    Hi David,

    Thank you for the reply, yes the issue doesn't seem like it's going to fix itself. I can see my progress on the Soldier tab on the opening page of the game, but when I click on Customize Soldier all my class ranks drop to 0 for instance I'm am rank 10 scout but nearly all of scout class weapons and items are locked from me as it believes I'm level 0 when I click through.

    As you can imagine this is extremely annoying as I can not benefit from the progress and hours I'm putting into this game.

    This issue isn't going to simply fix itself when ever. Is there's nothing you can check you end on my account?

    I'm on PS4 and yes deleting the Hellfighter content has gotten rid of the issue for me. The game never really forgets my progress it's only while in the customize soldier option that it glitches and when I had the Hellfighter content on my system it would always show zero rank and then I noticed sometimes the game would glitch and all my Hellfighter add-ons would dissappear and class rank would be accurate. I put two and two together and deleted it and now no issues.

    I have a post on the first page were I posted pictures where the game would glitch out and not recognize the Hellfighter add on and the the rank would register and when it shows I have the Hellfighter content it would be zero. Both pictures are before I deleted the content and are the same exact class setup. The difference is the glitch not recognizing I had the content and defaulting from the bolo knife to whatever was default.

    After months of the issue it has now righted itself, don't know if this is to do with the latest update but all is working finally. Even though I'm rank 42 I have finally received my first ribbon for kill 5 enemies in a game. Think my account was messed up from day one but all is good now

    @ron1n87 By any chance has the update helped with your issue? If not, can I ask if you got the deluxe edition (in and upgrade or code) from a region other than your base game?
