Coastal Gun - Floating and Tilted Bug

Summarize your bug If the coastal gun gets fully destroyed (i.e. 0 hp), it sometimes causes the coastal gun to come off the base. You can then repair it, but it stays in that floating tilted position. Because of the axis the coastal gun is in, it can't turn much at all. This occurred on Cape Helles.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Destroy the coastal gun completely until it comes off its base.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can repair it but it won't return back to normal and it's largely unusable.
