code already redeemed

Hi,

i tried to redeem a code i purchased and it said it was already redeemed, which led me to buy another one from a different seller.

Could you tell me the date or time this code was redeemed, as requested from the seller.

I will not put the code here just in case but if i could private message someone the code.

Unfortunately for any problems with codes I'd have to refer you to our live support team, but they're not able to provide the date and time that a code was redeemed. I'm afraid that this just isn't something that we can help with.

@Jimmyjay24 Definitely ask them for a refund then. Instant Gaming get mentioned here every now and again, which is why I asked if it was them, but G2A are also unofficial grey-market sellers.

You could still try contacting EA Help, but as G2A aren't official resellers, I'm not sure how much assistance they'll be able to offer. Probably better to request a refund and repurchase from an official reseller (https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/faq/where-to-buy-ea-games-v2/).
