yesterday i saw the e-mail that confirmed refund game b.f 4(11.4 purchased)
but refunded money is not refunded to my credit bank account
why didnt my money refuned
where is my money.....
so can i know the customer email for this problem ,, i dont know customer service email address

Every one can use EAI live chat but you can all so use the call as option but that is only for North America so you might get a big phone bill still did you try this

if you did and it does not work then use the call as option if it is available

from what I see you submitted a refund request successfully just recently. The processing can take up to 10 working days to appear on your Bank statement, so please allow it a few more days. If you haven't received a refund by end of next week, feel free to reach out to an EA advisor, but everything up to this date is perfectly fine.
