Connection Disable

I have both Medal of honor Warfighter and Battle Field 3 on PC and the PS3 platform. I currently live in Korea, and none of the games, both PC and PS3, were able to connect with the server. Apparently it can detect the servers but just can't connect to it. I checked the UPnP, and tried all the troubleshoots but still doesn't work. This has been like this for like 2 months now. What could be the problem?
