"Connection lost to EA server" ( PC VERSION)

Hello

i just bought a copy of Battlefield 3 permium for the PC. I installed it and everything....

so when i launch it, it opens up a website where i can play campgain,co-op or multiplayer

so I press on " quick game" on multyplayer and when it finds a server where i can play, the game crashes and says ( connection lost to EA server" ( in german, since my game is in german)

my internet connection is good, i checked, i called my internet company and they can't help me because it's not a problem with my connection.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! I can't join any server to play multiplayer!!
