Connection problem BF 3 pc

Hello,

Three weeks ago I ordered Battlefield 3 Premimum Edition for the PC. I was able to play online for a whille but now I am having problems connecting.

When on Battlelog, I click on the server I want to join and press the "Join" button. I get a notification in the bottom left that I am logging in and connecting.

The problem is that it keeps "connecting" indefinitely. When I open the tab where the game should suppose to open, I see a totally white screen instead of the usual loading screen.

According to the forums a lot of people have this problem, but I don't see any reacting from the support team. Can you please fix this? I payed money for this product I expect it to work and if it doesn't work I expect some good support from the support team.
