Bought premium and downloaded china riseing played that night no problems.Then upgraded to windows 8 the next day reinstalled bf4 and updated game but it wont install china riseing.

This is what you have to see ,in a correct installation of the dlc, if you look at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EA Games\Battlefield 4

In the faulty installation of win7 , DLCs and Xpack1 keys were missing, so i added them manually and the problem was solved"

Here's the fix that worked for You :
1.Close your Origin client first.
2.Go to "Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\Update"
3.From there,delete the folders named "Patch" and "Xpack1".
4.After that just redownload them (about 5.2 GB),
5.Right click on BF4 in Origin > Show Game Details > right click on China Rising Expanssion Pack (Early Access) > install,
6.Then do the same with BF4 > Check for Update.
