Bought premium and downloaded china riseing played that night no problems.Then upgraded to windows 8 the next day reinstalled bf4 and updated game but it wont install china riseing.

This is what you have to see ,in a correct installation of the dlc, if you look at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EA Games\Battlefield 4

In the faulty installation of win7 , DLCs and Xpack1 keys were missing, so i added them manually and the problem was solved"

I had less glitches before the PS3 patch and DLC.
for example locker...obliteration was great now press L3 to run and guy will fire 1 shot, knife then reload then run
DLC of CR was really good for 2 days then servers for obliteration are gone aside from 1 non US server and its full
(havent been on on the 9th or 10th)
