I've got BF4 Premium downloaded for the Xbox 360 and downloaded China Rising on the 3rd. However, whenever I try to join a server in my region (Europe - there are also very few servers), I get the black loading screen with the white box in the top-right corner, and I can hear the music that normally plays on the map loading screen, however it doesn't get any further than that. The game just sits on that black screen, and plays the music on loop. I've tried leaving it for 15 minutes thinking it would get through eventually, but it doesn't go anywhere.
I have to then exit to the Xbox 360 dashboard and restart the game as I can't back out of the black screen.
Is there anything I can try to get into a game, or just wait for updates?
"For those of us who were stupid enough to buy the deluxe version that shows China rising on the front, i have spoken with EA tech support eventually!
Even though it's showing available in Origin, enabled us to download it and seems like we have access, we DON'T, don't try and launch a China rising map it causes the game to lockup and you wont be able to play the rest of the maps (multiplayer) until you restart origin, you must close origin via task manager then launch, old maps will work fine after.
Do not click on the China Rising PLAY NOW in command center is just crashes the game.
Deluxe edition = ripoff.
