[CONSOLIDATE] Issues/Problems You Faced AFTER Downloading China Rising DLC & Possible Solutions(PC/PS/XBOX)

Pre-China Rising everything running fine.  The next day I decide to upgrade to premium and dl China Rising.  After what I thought was a complete dl I was able to get into a China Rising map but it had graphic artifacts so bad I could not see and then kicked me after about 10-20 seconds. 

I then attempt to do a repair install via my games in Origin.  I continually keep getting error code 262148:131086.  I contact tech support 4 times over the next 2 days each time getting a different response.  Anything from, " there are a lot of error codes, we don't know each one and can't look them up"..really? to one person that ended up with the entire deletion of origin and BF4 from my computer and start fresh.

Well after reloading Origin and then reloading BF4, it's taken most of a whole day to download and install BF4.  It seems that during the download the counter will show progress say to 50% and then snap back to 32%.  It will do this (not always at the same percentages) several times and then give me the same error code, which I would find out is an error code for the origin side server not configured correctly.

So after all this and a day of dl and install it finally tells me complete.  So I hit the play button, battlelog opens, I choose test server, something safe, and the blue bar opens and says initializing.  Then I wait, one time as long as 15 minutes, and nothing happens.  When I open task manager I see no BF4 application, but in the processes there is a BF4.exe running.

Presently I am attempting yet another repair install.  It told me it needed to dl another almost 5K MB.  As I type this I see the progress bar fill and then backslide continually.  It's been 3 days now that I am unable to play because of this.
