Constant problems with bf1, Non existent customer service

Have not been able to connect to battlefield since soon after its launch. Tried numerous fixes, including router/modem and internet, uninstall and reinstall (probably my 8th attempt currently), waited for a month to see if the issue would be fixed, waited for 2 months for a response from EA, EXTREMELY displeased. Main menu lags 100% of the time and i cannot connect to the EA bf1 hub 99% of the time. IF i am ever able to actually connect, i can only play through the quick match option as servers never show up when refreshed. 

This is a brand new modern hardware pc. Fast internet speeds and free of any sort of issue. This is a direct problem with bf1's design or a setting in which it is installed. EA will not help me.
