Corporal trophy still bugged after 1 year

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug The corporal trophy(reack level 10 in mp) has still not popped for me, I'm almost level 80, I should have gotten it in january 2017. You have fixed the issue from continuing to happen however you haven't fixed it for people which it has already occured. The fact this has still not been resolved after an entire year and a few months is insane to me. Please can someone tell dice this still needs to be fixed, thank you.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look at my account
What happens when the bug occurs? no trophy
Please select your region Europe
In what game mode did the bug occur? Operations
AMD or Nvidia Model Number
Enter RAM memory size in GB

    Atleast for me this is now fixed, played today and once I finished the match where I leveled up from 77 to 78 the trophy popped, so I would say this is now fixed

    Sad to hear a bug like that is still there after a long time.

    But we sadly can't help with stuff like that here in the Forum.

    I can just advise you to go to the EA Support here: https://help.ea.com/en/

    They might be able to help you there, or tell you clear what you can do.

    ok, so why is it that the first time I made this same post a few months ago I was told it would be passed on to the relevent place, instead of given this other option?

    I don't know man, maybe not the right people saw your question.

    Hopefully the Support can help you or give you more info about it what to do.
    Sad that we can't help more with that type of issues here in the Forum.

    I used the link and filled in the boxes and got nothing, I've been in contact with ea help, not sure what its called but when you type with a specific person and both times they said they can't do anything, other games have had these problems including this one with the class rank trophies so at this point I don't know if they'll ever fix it. Obviously this has nothing to do with you its just annoying.

    Not sure if they really can't do anything at this point, but maybe it's up to Sony if it's about a Trophy. You know. 😉

    You could try to find a way to a PSN Support if they might can unlock it for you.

    It wouldn't be a bad idea if it wasn't happing on xbox as well, its definetly a battlefield problem, but hey I'll try it thanks anyway man.

    That's weird, cause it can't be a big "only Battlefield" problem too. In case that it's not happening to all players.

    Seems to be a rare syncronisation issue between the Game and a connected Platform/Console account or so.

    Anyways, good luck man. Sry that i couldn't do more.

    I have a same problem.

    I ask but they doing nothing.

    EA support tell me contact Playstation support inversly same Playstation support tell me contact EA support...

    Ive had the same issue for for 6 months now. My corporal and warbonds trophies wont unlock. Im rank 90. I have all dlc trophies and im sitting at 98%. Those two trophies are preventing me from getting platnium. I called ea and playstation they both bounce me to the other person. Honestly its EAs fault as this game had so many bugs and still does. Im not buying another bf game if this isnt resolved.

    Ye I've been doing the same thing and it annoys me when I'm told playstation deal with trophies, no, they don't, they only handle 1st party games. This is definitely the devs fault, its not the first time a trophy has been glitched in a game but to flat out not fix it for people is ridiculous
