Could not connect, make sure game is not launched outside of the web.

Clearly this has something to do with the game update. Another great win for Origin and Battlelog, the most useless piece of user interface and software ever seen to man. Please give up and revert to steam. 

Lots of potential in the battlelog, but having to access 3 different parts to play one game is just ridiculous. EITHER do it through Origin, OR make it alle browser based. But dont force players to jump between the game, the browser and that horrible origin shop, it just creates problems like these....

Hello critish, I'm not entirely sure what causes this error, but I advice you to reinstall the battlelog web plugin and update Punkbuster.

This is DICE and ORigins doing. But not specifically the company. I would recommend everyone to demand that the people that screwep be fired or learn how to do updates. I do not understand if it was working before why, why did they have to meddle with it? What idiot at management greenlighted this supposedly fix. I urge everyone to barrage tech support, the forums, and everywhere to have them fix this. This unprofessional, irresponsible, and to a certain extent mediocre at best. We should all boycott Medal of Honor if this is what to expect from DICE, Origina and whomever is behind this fiasco. We can do it. We have the people. It is not our job to fix their mistakes. We are paying customers. We demand the best. If they can't deliver, then give it to steam.

I have same problem, just updated punkbuster and no Dice, same error dont know what else to do besides sob ; ;

Its another EA/DICE fail m8... press ctrl alt delete and open task manager,, once there shut down BF3 EXE. then Origin,,, Open your browser again and away you go,, its nothing to do with updates or PB just another epic fail when you have 3 pieces of **bleep** running a single game...

What if message comes before process started? (I dont have it in task manager)

PB and plugin updates dont work for me too.

ok, this is f^#&^&%$  BS - I have that problem about every few weeks when i try to play with friends. It's especially frustrating because i make time for those evenings and then all i get is trying to resolve this **bleep**. I mean seriously people WTF!!! I've unsinstalled, reinstalled game mangaer, updated punkbuster to no effect. I payed a lot of money for the game and add ons something like this is just a joke. Get rid of this browser interface, obviously a lot of people have problems with it.

Error here too, **bleep** EA, I stopped buying games on steam because of errors so far also not going to buy more crap in any origin

i got the same **bleep**ing problem i check its over 3 years lasting fix it before starting making bf 4, **bleep**ing bastards!

first i have to pay for bf 3 then premium and i cant even play!

last time i buy i game of EA or Origins.
