Crash on PS4

Hey, I was wondering if there is any solution or reason for crashes in BF4 on PS4. I can play normally for hours, but if I leave a match and go to the menu, I get a blue screen with error CE-34878-0. Is there any issue if this happens constantly? Is there a solution? already uninstall and reinsall de game.
