I completely agree with you docenglish, and I'm also a player which up to now has never complained with the stupid "fix the game" comment.

But now I pretend DICE to put some measure in place for this not to happen again and to inform the customers about it.

In my field of work when a fail happens, every customer pretends to see proof that we have learned the lesson, that we have implemented corrective actions so that this fail will not happen again in the future. I assume they are professionals, so as a customer now I simply expect the same from DICE.

Yes, there seems to be a  recuring theme here, WINDOWS 8-8.1 crashes, all the people i have seen on the official game forum that are NOT having issues are those NOT on windows 8

RANDOM CRASH: any gamemode and map. Some worse than others.

Pittyful excuses are not good enough. As someone else already stated, "downtime" implies you will not be able to SEARCH for or SEE games, not you will crash EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU RUN THE GAME at some random point.

Sound loop crash on locker. Been fine for ages and then back to the sound loop ☹️

BTW I tried 3 different servers with 3 different maps on conquest and game crashed on soundloop before reaching 5 minutes of gameplay. After a hard week in the office I expected a weekend of fun playing BF4...

Thank you for all your efforts. I bet EA is really not OK with all that mess, and I assume EA does all its best to solve these many issues gamers have to face. After all, it is not your fault if we, players, buy your "alpha" game Battlefield4.

This sarcasm is not against the very one who would really like to help me. Thank you, you might be brave to face all this anger. But it is against EA support management. And I just hope you give thelm a feedback.

Except I'm having crashes with sound loop on half of the maps I played today.

Have been playing some Haitan Resort, Siege of Shanghai and Guilin Peaks tooday without any problems.

Wnen trying to connect to any server with Operation Locker the game crashed right after spawning, also, I wasn't abble to connect to "Dawnbraker" map - game crashed on loading screen...

Haven't got chance to try other maps.

This is just pathetic DICE, maybe you should give us our money back, and FINISH THIS **bleep**IN GAME FIST **bleep**S?!

EDIT: Just got another crash, Parcel Storm this time...

I'll definitely try it tomorrow... after all game cannot become worse with the beta drivers...

But they are still in beta for ATI, I would expect the game to work at least with latest officially released graphics drivers from manufacturer.

The Locker Freeze Sound Loop BUG got to me too. A nasty one since I mostly play on Locker. It's not playable any more.
