After todays patch my game crashes after a few minutes of play. I had no problems playing before that, tried updating to beta video drivers but I still crash. Its just a hard crash, there's no error message or anything, game just freezes.

14.1 crashes eather way Mantle or DirectX, went back to 13.2
came from W7 now W8.1 - made things some better, but the Mantle still doesn't fit. (-:
.... because of the fact that most people use WIN 8.1, but don't worry WIN7 use to crash even more often, I turned from 7 to 8.
Some details: Dear all,
After the 13 Feb. game update I'm no more able to play.
Every time that I join a server , after the map loading, the game start but it crash after like 2 seconds.
I tried multiple times changing server/maps/class always obtaining the same result:
Istant game crash!
Moreover every time I need to close game from task manager.
Please find below my configuration:
OS: Win 8.1 pro
CPU: 3570k
MOBO: Maximus V Gene
GPU: ASUS GTX780 CUII
Driver version: 332.21
Everyone else have same issue?

I have the same problem. Game crashes after few seconds after map is loaded and I spawn into a game. game stops, sound looping.. killling the app with the task manager. reconnecting does not help. I was able to play before the lates patch ( 2.13.2014) Now I am not. HD 6850, 8 GB RAM. windows 8 here.

I had to sign out of google chrome & look at this in Firefox then select both font & size in order to post.
same problem - game worked fine prior to the patch, then since 13FEB14 it freezes randomly, sometimes allowing as much as 30 seconds uninterrupted gameplay... hooray!

Hi all, I'm having the same problems as all of you, making the game unplayable at the moment, every couple of games it seems to be crashing (If it lasts that long). I've just been chatting to an EA support guy via the live chat thing on this site. He said that they are aware of the problem (I should hope so!), and that they are looking into it, and that I should be patient and wait for a few days. I feel like I've been palmed off with a weak floppy answer. There seems to be zero interaction between the developers and the community when it comes to problems. Why did I have to ask someone in Livechat? Where is the sticky at the top of the page saying something is wrong but we are looking into it? There are countless pages on this latest problem and I'm yet to see a response from anyone official. Where are you? What are you doing about it?
