CTE game loading error

Hi i have downloaded BF4 CTE client and when i try to join on a CTE server i get the following error from origin.

Error 

We are unable to connect yo EA servers to activate Battlefield 4 Community Test Environment on this computer using your account.Please try again later.

I have been on CTE since day one ! I can log in to the CTE battlelog with my account, download the client but can't launch the client .Any ideas ? Have you cleared accounts ?
