Customize soldier in BF1 not working.

Community Manager@Airteacher3021, gotcha. And with Customize soldier screen, I assume that you mean the menus where you can change the loadout of your soldier class?
@EA_Leeuw Yes, the one on the main menu before you begin a match. It won't let me enter. If it helps I'm also playing on a disc copy of the game.

- @EA_Leeuw Will Uninstalling the game erase my data? Thats the main reason why I'm on the fence about it, if it doesn't I will try.
- EA_Leeuw@Airteacher3021, it depends. Online data, as in your mutiplayer progress? That is safely stored on our servers etc. Local data, like single layer progress? That is locally stored on your console. It could be that this will be deleted when you reinstall the game.
