Detected AMD Radeon driver version 0.0.0.

I have had this error for the last 4 hours trying to fix it.  I just bought Battlefield 1 and received this error on start.  Most of the fixes included changing the registry info of the Release Version, uninstalling and reinstalling the device drivers using the DDU and AMD driver uninstaller. I am at a loss for what to do next because there are no other fixes that are available.

Specs Are:

AsRock X370 PRO4

Ryzen 2200G

Crucial 2400 8gb

Sapphire Nitro R9 380x 4gb

    Hi @LedSpacePirate,

    Thanks for the dxdiag, I'm going to assume that you get that error code? If you do I recommend that you do a complete reinstall of GPU drivers including all tools and programs that come with those drivers.

    Hi @LedSpacePirate!

    Have you checked on amd radeon settings app which version do you have?

    Also have you checked for any available Windows updates?

    I have everything in windows up to date and AMD says I have 18.5.1 drivers.

    This is on the older side of time, I'm closing this thread to stop it from being necroed.

    If you have any issues with Battlefield 1 please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
