Dice LA Camo
Hopefully someone here can help because EA Support is useless. Years ago I tried to do the easter egg for the Dice La camo and I received my code in the process (Don't know my code, didn't think to write it down) and I got to the last stage where you type it in at the water tower and the keypad disappeared after a few seconds.
So I did the process again and the keypad never appeared. Can't do it again since there's no servers with the correct settings. What can I do and can EA/Dice help me with it? Thanks!
EDIT: Got my code again but the button won't appear at the tower.

The functionality is still there and working, if you otherwise have indeed all the pre-requisites in order.
The server has to be a live ranked large conquest server and it has to have sufficient players on it to be in live ranked game mode.
What has fooled many candidates through the years is the way the button and keypad appears. When you walk up into the side of the water tower, your soldier's head literally has to touch the metal at the tower base. Otherwise it does not trigger the timer to start. There you now need to look down and without moving for exact 2 minutes.
This all has to be done one take and no interruptions in your soldier's proximity to the tower base.
After exact 2 minutes the little button appears at the base of the metal support.
You click it and the keypad appears where you enter your personal code.
