I found this solution
You will need to download MSI Afterburner from here: http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm
Once you have download, installed and run the software you will see your clock speeds.
If you can take a screenshot of it and post it on here, we can work from that.
It will be a choice for you, you could either increase the voltage to get it working and keep your overclocked speeds, which has a slight element of risk or you could down clock the general speeds of the card, safer but with a slight performance drop depending on how much it has been overclocked.
OK, put the power limit up by 5 and then try running the game again. If you get the same error then put it up by another 5, so that is a total of 10 and then give it another try. If it wont let you put it up in fives then just go straight ahead and put it up by 10.
If you still get the error then leave the power level +10 and then put the core clock down by 50 and the memory clock down by 100 and then give the game another try.
If the game works after any of these changes then we know it means either your card is being underpowered and so needs a voltage increase or it is overclocked too much and needs to be downclocked a little.
