Direct x error message

Writing in total frustration, sent issue to customer service over a month ago with no response since.  Since re-installing BF3 the following error appears every time I try to play a game. 

Failed creating D3D device of at least version 10.0 on adapter “NVIDIE Ge Force GTX670” with driver “30623”, Error is DXGI_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED (“Unsupported.”).  This is typically caused by not having the minimum required DirectX support in the GPU.  For NVIDIA GPUs, DirectX 10.0 support is required.

I have already forwarded all my PC info, direct X info, updated drivers, and searched everywhere for an answer to no avail. Uninstalled, re-installed etc etc.

Just to re-inforce here's my specs

Asrock x 79 extreme 9 MB, core I7 3820, 16 gig Corsair Vengeance quad channel ram, 850 w PSU, Gigabyte GTX 670 Oc edition, games running on Intell SSD.

Dxdiag states direct x 11 installed, tried to perform updates and it said it wasn't required.  All other games work fine, steam works fine, BF3 and MOH warfighter will not play.

Please help
