DirectX Function Error (Nvidia)

Yes, I got exactly the same issue - of course on NVidia. And before last patch the message was (sometimes) something like "Device hung due to badly formatted commands. This is not a driver issue. Software you are using sent unrecognized command to the device.".

Now it's just "GPU hung" error as on the screenshot attached by OP. It happens only on fullscreen. When in borderless mode, device just hungs and getting windows message on bottom right of the screen "Display stopped working, and got recovered" (or something like that) - in that case whole Origin crashes too (I guess it's not a real crash, as no report can be made - it just exits), if it wasn't minimized to tray - without any error, and game just "stops responding".
