DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung

I'm still getting this issue despite trying numerous "fixes". Very frustrating since I never ran into the issue during all my time playing BF3 or the BF4 beta its only once the full game has been released that this issue has arisen.

I'm using a GTX 580.
