i don't have good news... at least for me...
my friend has a GTX 770 SC EVGA and i have a GTX 770 OC Gigabyte. i'm having the directx crash and for him everything goes fine, so we exchanged our vga to see if the problem is with mine vga.
he got the crash using my vga and i'm running fine with his vga... so... conclusion?
faulty graphic card!!!?

I think this is going to be an important thing to note for those interested in fixing this.
It may be cards with faulty something or other. My card does the same thing. It doesn't matter what the clock is. But it's so random. Yesterday, I played all day with not a single crash. Today I crashed 6 times in the same match.
