how is virtualization related to this? i am not saying it didnt help you but i just want to know...if you do know 🙂

Its called wow (windows on windows) you are running 32bit windows hence the x86 program folder in your root directory. And you are running 64bit windows hence the regular program folder. What technology on your CPU allows you. To run 2 operating systems? You guessed it virtualization.
