DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung

The way I solve this problem is by turning up the voltage on my graphics card, on default my voltage is set on 950 mV, after a few minutes my screen will turn black and the error message will pop up.

By turning my voltage up to 1025 mV - 1050 mV my game will run smooth for as long as I desire just by simply increasing that value, I use EVGA Precision X for my GPU overclocking tools and it has an easy way to adjust your voltage.
