DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason"...Problem

Hi, I'm not very good with the english but I'll try.

When I start the game, I could play for a while, but later suddenly the game crash with this error:

I Can't even finish a round because everytime it crash.

I don't had any problems when I buyed the game, but later, I modify the windows services and turn off some, maybe that will be the problem.


I try to install the latest drivers too, but its the same (well now I have more time for play but the game crash again).

I play from my notebook:

i7-2670QM 2,2 GHz

8GB DDR3

Radeon™ HD 7690M XT

I really hope you can help me, because its frustrating ☹️.

    Hello ebanyu,

    I'm gonna guess that you're using Windows 8 64bit version.

    Download and install graphics driver 13.1.

    It is also advised that you restart your computer system after installation has complete.

    Hello ebanyu,

    Open the AMD VISION Engine Control Center, now from the left side tabs click Performance and select AMD OverDrive.

    Tick the checkbox Enable Graphics OverDrive and then lower GPU clock settings from 725 to 695, now click Apply located bottom right.

    Close the Origin client and goto C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin and find the Origin.exe, right click the Origin.exe and select Properties.

    From the Properties dialog select the tab Compatibility, now tick the checkbox at the bottom Privilege Level "Run this program as an administrator".

    Click the Apply button.

    Done!
